Though a hosting package is fine for most of our customers, a dedicated server has several advantages:

• You may run any additional software you need
• The costs per GB disk space are lower
• You are free to select the hardware you need

By renting a dedicated server from hosted-projects.com you receive more than just access to a plain server.
We handle the initial and on-going setup work for system software, Subversion, Trac, Bugzilla and related tasks. This includes but is not limited to security updates, regular updates and project administration (repositories/users/etc.).
Additional system administration tasks which are not related to any of the above mentioned services are charged at fair rates.

The monthly fee for a dedicated server depends on your hardware and bandwidth needs and the contract period you choose. Our server offers start from $200/month. SVN/Trac/Bugzilla Setup Consulting

If you already have a server at your disposal and need assistance setting up your project infrastructure using Subversion, Trac, Bugzilla and/or other tools we would be glad to help you with that.
Not only are we experienced with the administrative setup of the aforementioned tools, we also know how to integrate them effectively in projects and use them the right way.

Migration Services

You are still using CVS or another version control system you would like to replace with Subversion? You don't like your current issue tracking system and prefer to switch to Trac? Of course, you also want your current codebase to be imported into your new repositories and the issues into Trac. Since we have deep experience with these tools we would be happy to handle the migration for you. We do so by either adapting existing conversion scripts to your needs or, if no such software exists for your tool, by writing. Custom Trac Plugin Development

Trac is a light-weight project-management web application which describes itself as: an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects. Trac uses a minimalistic approach to web-based software project management. Our mission; to help developers write great software while staying out of the way. Trac should impose as little as possible on a team's established development process and policies.
Since the 0.9 release Trac includes an advanced plugin architecture which allows to extend Trac with own plugins.
For users whose needs go beyond the core functionality Trac offers we provide a Trac plugin development service. To get an impression of what is possible with the plugin architecture, you can have a look at trac-hacks.org which lists most of the freely available Trac plugins. If you hire us for developing one for you, you will be granted the full copyright of the plugin source code and you can use it on any accounts you have hosted on hosted-projects.com. Of course, our plugin development service is also available for non-customers.
