2. No unlawful conduct

You are entirely responsible for all activity under your account. Should your account be used for unlawful purposes we may cancel it at any time without notice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOSTED-PROJECTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE HOSTED-PROJECT.COM'S SERVICES OR THIS WEBSITE OR SITES LINKED TO THIS WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL BASIS, AND WHETHER OR NOT HOSTED-PROJECTS.COM IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. Termination
We may terminate your account at any time for any reason and without notice. At your request and upon full payment you may request a backup("dump") of the project(s) you host on our servers. Should your account have been deactivated due to unpaid invoices, this request must be filed within 7 days after the deactivation notice, else your account will be canceled and all data belonging to it will be removed without further notice.
In case of termination of your account for legal reasons we may remove your data immediately and are not obliged
to provide you with a backup.
5. Backups
We maintain off-site backups of all customer data, but make no claim about the reliability and accuracy of these.
6. Invoices
hosted-projects.com bills its customers based on the plan and plan term they choose. You are granted a 14 days grace period to complete the payment for an invoice. If the grace period expires without payment your account will be disabled and held on the server for another week to give you a last possibility to pay the outstanding invoice. Should this grace period expire your account will be removed without any further notice.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
If you unsubscribe within the first 7 days after signing up we will rebate your payment for that service.
This offer only applies to new customers.
8. Refund Policy
New customers signing up with the service for the first time can get a full refund of their payment(s) if they unsubscribe within the first 7 days after signing up. We do not refund payment(s) for unused subscriptions or anything outside our Money-Back-Guarantee
9. Invalidity
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by a court, the invalidity of such provisions will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which remain in full force and effect.
10. Applicable law
These Terms Of Service are governed by German law.
11. Changes to Terms Of Service
We may modify these Terms Of Service at any time.
